As of now, we only ship to the lower 48 US states. Contact us at ryan@kokomovans.com for a custom shipping quote if you are outside our typical shipping areas.
Shipping Logistics
Most of the products we sell are shipped direct to you from a manufacturer or distributor, and we will forward tracking information as soon as we have it. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active. If you have not heard from the shipping company within 3-5 days after you have received tracking information, contact the shipping company with your tracking details.
Shipping damage
Our shipments usually arrive perfectly intact – however, sometimes shippers are not as careful with our product as we would like. When your shipment arrives, please make the driver wait (they are required to) and examine your package carefully for any damage.
If there is any, refuse the shipment, have the driver note the damage on the Bill of Lading and give you a signed copy (without this, we cannot make a claim with the shipping company for damage). Please e-mail us photos and description of the damage as soon as you can.
